What is the status of my order?
To check the status of your order online, visit our Order Status page. You will need your order number and email address.
Please note that we work our hardest to get your order out the door as quickly as possible, having most orders ship within 1-2 business days (except during holidays and high volume sales events ). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number on it.

When you're happy we're happy! At Velvet Queen Shapewear, we take great pride in our reputation for high quality and excellent value and we stand behind every one of our designs. If you aren't 100% satisfied with your Velvet Queen Shapewear purchase, let us know. We're always looking for new ways to improve, and love hearing your feedback.
If you'd like to return an item, just send it back within 30 days of ship date for a full refund of the purchase price! (minus shipping, handling and other such costs) or store credit. We only accept returns for items that have not been worn, altered or washed. All tags must be attached and original packaging intact. All returns must be in their original condition with hygienic liner and tags attached. Velvet Queen Shapewear will not accept returns for any item(s) missing hygienic liners or hang tags or with damaged packaging.
The only exceptions for returns are items marked as final sale and products purchased during sales of 40% or more off. ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED DURING THESE SALES EVENTS ARE FINAL AND ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE. Please visit our Return Policy page for full details.
How do I return my order?
If you would like to schedule a return, please use send an email to email@example.com to initiate the process. We use this to help manage our returns and keep you informed on the status of your return. If you attempt to return your products without contacting us first, your package may not be accepted and returned to sender.
Whoops! I ordered the wrong size or put in my address wrong. What should I do?
If you realize your address is wrong or you’ve purchased the wrong size, notify us ASAP before we ship out your order. We will work to modify your order. However, if your order has shipped, unfortunately there is nothing we can do.
